Problem with postage module now fixed

The Problem with the postage module has now been fixed! Sorry about that!. The postage module was charging too much. It is supposed to charge by weight but it wasn't doing it properly. The technical problem has now been fixed and you should see post by Royal Mail as the cheapest option for small items, cables, RFI shorters &c.
